About

Jantti’s intention is to add inspiration to your day.  Moved by quotes and teachings from various spiritual masters as well as by the every day insights of friends and family, our mission is to share them with you.   We print our favorite words and images onto clothing with the hope that you will wear our designs and be inspired as you go about your day.  We do not come from a position of mastery, but of sharing and discovery. Whether our words resonate as new or simply echo your own, this is a company whose purpose is to put a smile on your face  and offer a gift to your heart.  The following are two images that inspire us and have become a huge influence.

Our suede patch with the ancient, middle eastern Hamsa or Hamesh is sewn onto every garment. This hand shaped amulet has historically been used to protect against the “evil eye” or negative energy. We see it as a way of symbolizing the continuous spiritual presence in all of our lives.

The Venus of Willendorf is an important symbol for Jantti. The Venus dates back as far as about 24,000 BCE and is the original fertility goddess. We take the meaning of this fertile figurine one step further and see her as representing the potential in ourselves. She serves as a reminder of all that is possible in our lives as well as in our dreams.

The name JANTTI is made up from the initials of Elizabeth’s three children, who certainly represent the most powerful inspiration in her life. Through various designs and messages, Jantti tries to remind us of who we really are. We love what we do and hope you do too!
