The Funny thing about the “Breathe” T is that it was actually a request!  Several people asked me to make a shirt that simply reminded them to breathe when they were feeling stressed, overwhelmed or working out.  Pilates instructors Kim Gore and Randi Whitman like the saying because of many client’s tendency to hold their breath during exercises.  The breath is the most vital component of both Pilates and Yoga.  Without the breath our muscles are not nourished and toxins are harder to release.

This bell sleeve boat neck T-shirt is perfect to wear as a layering piece over your exercise clothes or alone with your jeans! Our incredibly soft ring spun cotton is a Pre laundered fabric that is so cozy you won’t want to take it off!!

The 13th-century poet Rumi is one of our favorites. Even though Rumi was Sufi mystic and not a Buddhist, I paired Rumi’s quote with the image of Buddha togehter on the back of this t-shirt. Both Sufis and Buddhists emphasize the importance of finding peace in the present moment.

“Always Let Go, Never Give Up”  This quote expresses the difficult balance of being in the moment but keeping your eye on your goals for the future. Who doesn’t need a reminder on this one! The Graphic Flower pattern is positioned just so, as to flatter every figure.

I am excited about the Jannti Peace. I took some of my favorite designs and put them into one of the most important messages of the Jantti line….The Peace Sign. Now the peace sign becomes a supercharged message containing many spirtuals symbols and meaningful messages

This quote, which comes directly from one of Bob Marley’s songs, it is one of my favorites. We know that Love is fundamental to all religions. But it is also love that keeps us remembering that we are all connected in a way that is exponentially more significant then the ways in which or religions may make us feel different.

There is nothing really to say here, except this shirt is graphically appealing and to the point!  If there was more love and compassion in the world, I don’t believe any one would complain!

I wanted to make a design to wear on those days where everything seemed to be coming at me at once. The large peace sign symbol is like a spiritual stop sign that says,”chill out it will all get done in time”

The skull, for me,represents the” bare bones” of who we are as individuals. I paired this hippy looking skull with yoga sutra 1.3 which deals with peeling away layers of ourselves until we get to the true self.

I just love the Venus of Willendorf! She is a paleolithic fertility goddess that archeoligists believe was held in the palm of the hand in order to enhance fertility. Move aside Fraud-This intriguing figurine is definitely something to be coveted. For me, she represents all that is fertile and possible in our lives.

“We Are Where We Need To Be” really resonates with me and I was very excited to use it on one of our T-shirts. This quote is about being able to look at ourselves honestly in the past pr present without judgement. I paired this quote with the Jantti hand because I feel that the message is such an integral one for the line. Buddah believes that the definition of unhappiness is non-acceptance. If we remember that we are where we are for a reason, and nothing lasts forever, it makes every situation more palatable and more clearly understood.

The Chinese characters for “courage” are paired with this collage looking Cobra.  I think the shirt reads, “Don’t Mess With Me”.  Yogis have integrity,  discipline and dedication.  Do these qualities require courage, Consistently, on a daily basis, You bet they do.
